I'm a mentor on the Women in Energy Aotearoa New Zealand Mentorship programme.
I'll be working one-to-one with a woman building her career in our energy sector, sharing what I've learned along the way — and, I expect, learning plenty in return.
New Zealand's energy sector is undergoing its most significant transformation in a generation — and it needs more women at the table.
